Meals to You
U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue announced a collaboration in March 2020 with the Baylor Collaborative on Hunger and Poverty, McLane Global, PepsiCo, and others to deliver nearly 1,000,000 meals a week to rural children impacted by COVID-19 related school closures. With the help of Food for Good's logistical expertise, the program ramped up to meet the increased community need— reaching a capacity of nearly 5,000,000 nutritious meals per week, with nearly 30 million meals delivered across the country.
